DESIGN AND PRINT PROMOTION TERMS

• Graphic Revelations undertake to offer proof of the first 3 clients claiming the printing special to any subsequent clients in order to ensure fair treatment.
• Only one hour design time may be claimed free of charge, thereafter time will be charged per hour @ R395 per hour. Design time does not include corporate identity development and only applies to the actual item as advertised. Should a corporate identity be required in order to create artwork for the advertised item(s), this will be quoted and charged for separately.
• Business cards as advertised will be full colour, single sided on 350 gsm matte, with a gloss UV varnish on the front. Should the client require double sided cards to be printed, an additional cost of R150.00 will apply.
• Flyer specials apply to ONE design only and may not be broken up into separate jobs.
• Clients who access our specials via the QR code may do so only ONCE per company.

WEB PROMOTIONS TERMS

• Only .co.za domains may be registered on this voucher at no charge.
• .co.za Domain name to be registered depends on availability.  At least 3 options should be provided. Graphic Revelations will make suggestions if the desired names are not available.
• Registered domain names are valid for 1 year and are renewable after 12 months at an annual fee of R150.
• The client undertakes to sign up for a hosting package of R159 per month for a minimum 12 months, starting AFTER the 2 months free hosting expires. Should the client wish to cancel the contract before the 12 month period runs out, the client will be liable for the full balance of the 12 months.
• Hosting fees include regular backups, script updates, security monitoring and restoring of a site in the case of a compromise.
• Sites will consist of 3 pages (home, services or similar and contact page with a contact form)
• Each domain has 10 mail boxes. Additional mail boxes may be requested.
• Sites will be custom developed for each client.
• Additional pages may be purchased at R500 per page.
