Terms & Conditions

• The Spring promotion is valid from 1 September 2013 to 31 October 2013 only.
• Only .co.za domains may be registered at no charge.
• .co.za Domain name to be registered depend on availability.  At least 3 options should be provided. Graphic Revelations will make suggestions if the desired names are not available.
• Registered domain names are valid for 1 year and are renewable after 12 months at an annual fee of R150.
• The client undertakes to sign up for a hosting package of R159 per month for a minimum 12 months, starting AFTER the 2 months free hosting expires. Should the client wish to cancel the contract before the 12 month period runs out, the client will be liable for the full balance of the 12 months.
• Hosting fees include regular backups, script updates and monitoring.
• Hosting fees does not include content updates and changes.
• Sites will consist of max 4 pages (home, services or similar and contact page with a contact form)
• Additional pages will be billed at R449 (excl VAT) per page
• Each domain comes with 10 mail boxes. Additional mail boxes may be requested.
• Sites will be custom developed for each client and will be unique. Templates will not be used.
• A 50% deposit will be required before the chosen domain will be registered. Balance will be due on completion within a reasonable amount of time. Should completion be delayed due to the client not supplying information for the site, the balance will be due after 4 weeks from the date of the deposit.
