Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policy (services)

Graphic Revelations follows a transparent and no confusion cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

• Your cancellation requests (for services – not applicable to products or printing) should be sent to our Accounts department or communicated to your Project Manager.
• The cancellation of a service (graphic design, web design or and conceptualising, or work that does not necessarily produce a physical product) will not be accepted until it is confirmed by the respective department.
• You can email us at info@graphicrevelations.com for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and work on the project has not begun already. Please note that this 24 hour cooling off period will automatically delay your project with ONE day. Should you wish to waiver the cooling off period, please inform us in writing at info@graphicrevelations.com We will not be responsible for rendering any services, such as hosting, web development, content writing, artwork, etc, unless such services are stipulated in your quotation.
• No refund requests will be considered once work on the project has begun.

Refund policy

• Generally due to the nature of design, SEO and other services, we do not assure any refunds upon cancellation. Refunds will be considered according to the following guidelines:
  • time spent billed per hour at our standard hourly rate:
    • graphic design –  R420 per hour plus VAT
    • conceptualising – R595 per hour plus VAT (this includes corporate identity development)
    • web design and web related work – R420 per hour plus VAT
    • content creation (includes researching the relevant industry) R950 per hour plus VAT
  • Using the guidelines above, a calculation will be made. Should the amount payable exceed the deposit paid, the client will be billed an additional amount. Should the amount be less than the deposit paid, the balance will be refunded.
• In the event of any violation to the terms and conditions of our policy, we would cancel the agreement and no refund will be issued. We will not refund if any kind of delay is caused by the client or because of third party involvement.
